Can I look into specific sharing habits across all our organization?

Yes, as an administrator you can look into specific subsets of sharings in the Insights area. Here you can carry out targeted searches on all users in your Workspace.

Say, for instance, that you want to figure out how many shares you have with a certain external domain from a specific group. Simply carry out that search with a few clicks. And you can even download the search results in a .cvs file, if you want to continue the work in Google Sheets or Excel.
