How do I generate reports?

There are many ways to get data out of Tricent in .csv format - just look for the blue buttons labelled Download.

You can get a report of the sharing habits of all or a subset of your users (read more here), a report of the actions that have been carried out Tricent (read more here and here), and a report on a specific area, such as the sharing statistics of a specific shared drive (read more here).

If you want to receive a recurring email report of how your key sharing figures across the organization are developing, you can click your avatar in the upper-right corner and pick Preferences. Toggle the very last notification email.
