Where Tricent for Google Workspace stores your data

First of all, Tricent for Google Workspace only collects the metadata of your files and teams. No copy of your actual files and teams is ever made. By metadata, we mean file names, sharing information, etc.

We use Google Cloud Storage and Cloud SQL to store, index, and serve this metadata to the frontend of the portal (app.tricent.com), the end user cleanup list, and the email notifications.

If your organization is based in Europe, we will place your data at rest in a data center within the EU to comply with any data residency and compliance needs you may have. Similarly, if you are based in the States, we'll make sure your data stays there.
