The Event log section provides a full overview of all events across your organization. If you are delegated administrator, you will see the events of those organizational units only.
An event is an operation that has been started by a user, an administrator, or by our system. The event contains all the actions that took place after setting off the event.
Some events will be listed as having 0 entries in the column Size. This is, for instance, the case if it was time to unshare files on a user, but there were no files to unshare. You can include these events by toggling Show empty events.
In addition to the time stamp and size indication, an event has a Description and a User. The Description is what type of event was carried out, and the User is the account that started the event.
If you click an event, you can look into the details and see the user(s) the action was performed on. This is listed in the column Users in the side panel that opens.
Unsharing events, both automated, manual, and bulk, can be rolled back to reshare the files with the users they were shared with prior to the unsharing.
If you want to download a .csv version of the entire list or parts of it, simply tick the relevant events and click the blue Download button.
