This section provides a full overview of all actions performed by or through Tricent across your organization. If you are delegated administrator, you will see the events of those organizational units only.
By selecting a time interval and further filtering on action type you can narrow down the results.
Once you have a relevant list, you can export it to a .csv file using the Download button.
Types in the list
There is a total of 17 types.
Unshared files on a shared drive An admin has unshared files on a shared drive. |

Scheduled unshared files on user The cleanup cycle has unshared a user’s files. |
Re-shared files on a shared drive The files on a shared drive have been re-shared. |

Rollback scheduled unsharing of files on user A user or admin has rolled back files that were unshared by our cleanup engine. |
Files with extended sharing on a shared drive Files on a shared drive have been extended. |
|
Scheduled files extended sharing on user The extension of a user's file shares has run out. |
Files sharing no longer extended on a shared drive An admin has removed the extension of files on a shared drive. |

Extended sharing of files A user has extended his or her shared files. |
Rollback extended sharing of files on shared drive An admin has rolled back the extension of files on a shared drive. |

Files sharing no longer extended A user has removed the extension of his or her shared files. |
Unshared files A user has unshared his or her shared files. |

Rollback extended sharing of files An admin has rolled back the extension of files. |
Rollback unsharing of files A user or admin has rolled back files that were unshared by a user. |

Bulk unshared files on domain An admin has done a bulk cleanup of shared files on an entire domain. |
Bulk unshared files on user An admin has done a bulk cleanup of a user’s files. |
