User profile page, notification preferences, and organizational sharing overview – Tricent Support

What's new?

1. We have introduced a profile page that packs all the key information about the user, such as shared files, drive and group memberships, sharing trends and whether the user is cleanup enabled or not.

The page is available to the user by clicking their avatar in the top menu, and admins can access the profile page by clicking the user's name in Users and delegation.

2. The user can now choose which notification emails he or she wants from Tricent by accessing a new page called Preferences. This page is also available to the user by clicking the avatar.

3. In the area Insights we have created a new section called Overview. This gives admins an understanding of what has happened in the organization from a sharing perspective over the past month.

We have also moved the two features User's My Drive cleanup and Domain and email cleanup into a new area in the side menu called Actions.

Why have we done this?

A number of our customers have asked for more features that provide a unified view of what is happening over time - both at an organizational level and also on the individual user. Overview and the user profile page are both just the start of a range of future features that will organize the sharing data in insightful and action-oriented ways.
