Onboarding your organisation

With the Tricent app installed for your organisation, we're ready to start the onboarding process. The onboarding process is where we collect (crawl) all the relevant meta data needed to get an overview of your organisation's files and shares.

Important next step

To start the onboarding process, you need to go and sign into Tricent's web app with your Google Workspace admin account. For example, this could be the admin account you use for the Google Workspace Marketplace. Note: This sign-in step is a requirement in order for us to initiate the onboarding process.

The onboarding process can take from a few minutes to several days depending on the size of your workspace i.e. the number of users, drives, files and permissions in your organisation.

Once you've signed in...

Most likely, you'll see a notice asking you to wait a while longer. This is because your organisation is not yet fully onboarded.

However, if your organisation has been onboarded already, you'll be able to access the Tricent web application right away.

In either case, we'll send you an email as soon as the onboarding is complete containing instructions on how to move forward. That's it.
