Set up BetterCloud File Governance in your Google Workspace via Google Workspace Marketplace

The below steps will ensure that

BetterCloud File Governance has the required APIs and permissions enabled to work correctly on your Google Workspace domains.

You will need to complete the following steps:

1. Go to admin.google.com

2. Go to Apps - Google Workspace Marketplace apps and search for BetterCloud File Governance

3. Add the Tricent application to your Google Workspace domain

4. Decide if is should be used by Everyone in your Organization or Certain Groups or Organizational units

5. Agree to Terms of Service and hit Finish

1.1 While logged on as a Google Workspace Admin search for BetterCloud File Governance under Workspace Marketplace Apps

You are now Granting access to BetterCloud File Governance and need to decide if it should be installed for:

Everyone at your organization or

Certain groups or organizational units

Hit Finish

Done

Next

And you are done

Now all user from the Organization or the specific selected OUs, can find BetterCloud File Governance in the appslist

Next, you as an Admin need to log in to fg.bettercloud.com

Note that the admin account you use the first time you log in has to be part of the OU or Group you chose during the installation
