Signing into Tricent for Microsoft 365

The full portal is only available for users in your Microsoft Entra ID that have been assigned the Tricent Admin or Super Admin role. Team owners/team cleanup responsible users can access the Insights area only. End users can access their cleanup page via a unique link in cleanup email - no login is required.

Initial admin roles were assigned during your onboarding process to Tricent. Adding or removing an admin role happens in your Microsoft Entra admin center.

How you sign into Tricent

You access Tricent for Microsoft 365 on the URL we sent to you when you were onboarded to Tricent. It is something like this <your organization name>.tricent.app.

Log in with your Office 365 account that has the Admin or Super Admin role assigned in Tricent.

You are now taken to the Dashboard area.
