Why am I getting emails from Tricent?

What's with all the emails I am getting since we started using Tricent?

To avoid friction and make your life easier, we let you control what you share and unshare through an easy-to-use email interface. The email lets you know which files or teams will be unshared, and if you object, simply click the link and manually extend the sharing period.

How often you get an email depends on how your system administrator has configured Tricent to work in your organization.

You don't have to do anything if you are ok with the files and teams being unshared. Tricent will go ahead and follow through on the action.
