Your organization's friendly admins have set up a number of rules as to how long files, folders, and teams can be shared externally. They have also decided when employees like yourself will be involved in the cleanup process.
Notification email ahead of unsharing
You'll receive an email when files, folders, or teams that your are owner of are about to be unshared. The frequency of these emails is also set by your organization's admins. The email lists the items that will be unshared if you don't do anything - and also the date on which it will happen.
In most cases, you probably agree with the unsharing. Simply do nothing and go about your day. Once the date is reached, Tricent will automatically revoke the external access to the items.
Extend the sharing
If you know that your external collaborators still need access to the item after the unsharing date, simply click the blue Take action button below the list.
This will take you to your cleanup page in Tricent, where you can extend the sharing. The page also allows you to unshare items immediately. If you are not already logged in with your Microsoft work account, you'll be asked to do that first.
