Your organization's admins have set up a number of rules as to how long files and teams can be shared externally. They have also determined when you, as an employee, will be involved in the cleanup process.
When you need to take action on a file or team about to be unshared, you'll receive an email. The frequency of these emails is also set by your organization's friendly admins. The email lists the files or teams that will be unshared if you don't do anything - and also the date on which it will happen.
In most cases, you probably agree with the unsharing. Simply do nothing and go about your day. Once the date is reached, Tricent will go ahead and automatically unshare the files or teams.
If, however, you want to extend the sharing beyond that deadline, simply click the blue Take action button below the list.
This will take you to a webpage, where you can extend the sharing. The page will also allow you to unshare the files or teams immediately.
